surface  EXILE III GOOFS surface

Exile III: Ruined World is a decently good game, but if you pay attention, you can find some goofs/errors with the game. I decided to list all the ones I could find here. If you can find others, don't hesitate to tell me. Here we go:

WARNING: SPOILERS FOR EXILE III ABOUND!!

    - Meena, the traveling healer on the Isle of Bigail is monster type "Priest" in Shayder, but is a monster type "Witch" (the cute one) in Hectar and Bavner.

    - Foxfire, the traveling bard around (but not in) Lorelei is a monster type "Witch" in Malloc, but monster type "Acolyte" in Dorngas.

    - Even though Silverlocke's home is in Exile, the dialog pic is that of a surface tower.

    - Arkley, the librarian in Shayder, is said to be Anama, but is monster type "Apprentince Mage."

    - There is one island to the east of Calloc (accessible by bridge) that gives you a choice over whether or not you want to investigate. If you click "Yes" you'll fight. If you click "No", you can still pass anyway.

    - It is possible to "skip" part of the Keep of Tinraya by entering town diagonally

    - On Windows, the Empire Dervishes are transparent. (This is also true in BoE as well.)

    - Bon-Ihrno is a mage Vahnatai Keeper, despite the fact that he was a priest Vahnatai Keeper in Exile II.

    - Bohen, the traveling Vahnatai is a priest Vahnatai Keeper, even though he was a Vahnatai Master in Exile II. Abra was a  keeper (can't remember which), but is now a Vahnatai Warrior.

    - The sage in Dorngas' name is Raye, but the job board says his name is Wray.

    - Towns don't get mad at you if you attack with Protective Circle or Quickfire.

    - On Macintosh, if the game is unregistered, you can keep asking Levy for your allowance until you reach 30000 gold.

    - In the Keep of Tinraya, dying when the party is split up causes the game to be unwinnable. (Without using the registered Character Editor, or reloading)

    - The "Cure Skribbane Addiction" button in the Character Editor does not work.

    - Lizards are classified Beasts (when they should be Reptiles), and Wyrmsbane does not work on them.

    - The spell "Resurrect" does not require Resurrection Balm, despite being told otherwise.

    - If you have Anama rings, asking Sara (the sage in Shayder) about "Anama" brings up a blank response.

    - In the Slime Pit, if the first slime pool you reach is the one beyond the secret passage, the dialogue box saying you reached the first slime pool does not come up - it only comes up with the other four, whichever of those four you reach first.

    - The trip from Softport to Fenris Port only costs 10 gold once. From then on, its free. Similarly, the trip from Fenris Port to Softport is always free.

    - It is possible to make the Filth Factory visible after it is destroyed, by the same method that you used to make it visible the first time.

    - Rentar-Ihrno claims that Bon-Ihrno is dead when you enter her chamber. However, if you didn't trigger that sequence (and you were able to), you can leave Rentar's keep and find Bon-Ihrno still alive.

    -  Erika, Jordan, Elhioc, and the Dragons do not appear on the monster database if you cast "Scry Monster" on them.

    - Khoth the Dragon has no spell levels and no abilities, despite having this power in the earlier games AND having a library of knowledge.

    - In the final movie, if you watch it repeat, Prazac begins one space to the left from where she began last time.
